Recent college grads are feeling burnout, as per another study.A new overview headed by national mental focus Yellowbrick found that half of Millennials professed to encounter burnout, or mental weariness, with about three-fourths accusing work.The study, which surveyed 2,000 Millennials to ask how burnout influences their them both in the work environment and throughout everyday life, found that over a fourth of Millennials experience mental depletion day by day while almost a third (31%) said they were tormented by physical fatigue. While the greater part said they didn't see themselves as obsessive workers, 62% said they felt constrained to consistently be available, regardless of whether that was through email, Slack or some other sort of communication.That's caused more Millennials to work in any event, when they aren't grinding away. A quarter said they work off the clock at any rate once per week while about a third said they feel exhausted at their specific employment daily.Millennials adapt to burnout in the most obvious manner - by spilling TV or motion pictures. Sixteen percent said they watch Netflix, Hulu, or TV to assist them with getting over burnout while another 10% said they rest and exercise.
